Use of Auditsuisse AI is governed by the engagement letter between Auditsuisse Assurance and the audited organisation, and by the agency's internal policies for its staff.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself. Membership administration, exports and closure require a recent sign-in. Tell your audit team immediately if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
Submitted material
Submit final documents only. Minimise personal data in exports and never include passwords or keys. A submitted file does not by itself satisfy a request; the audit team evaluates every submission.
Decisions
Professional judgements are made by authorised auditors and recorded with the exact versions they relate to. Closing an engagement finalises its fieldwork file; report issuance is a separate process.
