What we store
Your identity and role, the records you create, the files you upload and the decisions you record. Evidence files are stored privately and are never shared outside the engagement they belong to.
Access
Access is granted by explicit assignment, never by email domain. Every sign-in, download link, publication, approval and export is recorded in the engagement's activity history.
Retention
Records are retained according to the agency's engagement and legal policy recorded at closure. Legal holds override deletion. Ask your audit team about the policy that applies to your engagement.
AI processing
