What the Audit Engagement Platform stores about you and your organisation.
Your account
Your name, email address and role, the files you upload, the responses you submit and the questions you answer. Sign-ins and downloads are logged for the audit file.
Evidence
Uploaded files are stored privately for the engagement and retained under the agency's retention policy. Please minimise personal data in exports and never include passwords or keys.
Who can see what
Only the assigned audit team and the participants your administrator invites can see your organisation's engagement. Contributors see the requests assigned to them. Nothing is shared with other clients.
